Archeos Society
The Spanish edition cards are thick and the text is small but readable if you know a little Spanish. Deciding between two quick small expeditions or one big one genuinely changes how the game plays out. My group finished three rounds in one sitting.
The Spanish edition makes it easy to play with my bilingual group, and the tension of choosing between quick small digs or big efficient ones keeps every round exciting.
The decision between small and large expeditions keeps every round tense, and I love that you can't just default to one strategy. Played it twice this weekend and both games felt completely different. The Spanish edition cards are thick and shuffle well too.
