Didn't expect a trick-taking game to teach me anything, but the double meaning behind the title stuck with me for days. Rounds move fast enough that we kept dealing again between dinner and dessert.

Shuffles up in seconds and plays even faster—the trick-taking rules are simple enough to teach in a minute, and the art on each card really sets a moody atmosphere.

The death-and-forest double meaning behind the title is such a clever touch, and it fits the art perfectly. Rounds go fast, so it's easy to rope in friends who usually hate trick-taking games. We've played it three nights in a row now.
