I love how the river tile adjacency forces you to plan ahead instead of just grabbing whatever's available. The lake replenishment mechanic keeps the game moving at a nice pace.

The way you pull tokens from the lake to refill your hand keeps every turn feeling useful, even when the river tiles aren't going your way. Played it three times back to back and the choices still felt fresh.
